VOLUNTEER KUDOS AND OPPORTUNITIES
It's not an exaggeration to say that without the contributions of volunteers, Access Tucson could not televise in-depth coverage of community events including the Tucson Family Arts Festival, Sports Extravaganza, TUSD Latino Student Recognition or the City Council Election Special.
Providing television production for the town of Marana in the north; to Sauharita in the south, volunteers man the studio cameras, switchers, audio boards, shoot using field cameras, and provide editing services.
Member-produced shows such as The Pastor's Study, Noche de Sonora,The Stupid Show, Native Talk, Code Six Four II, Valley Views would not reach thousands of viewers without their volunteer crews.
Elected by Access Tucson members, the Board of Directors is all volunteers.
Here are the steps to take to volunteer at Access Tucson:- You must be a member of Access Tucson and certified to run the equipment.
