Bill was the longest continuously producing member ever in the history of Access Tucson. He did between 1 and 3 weekly shows for more than 20 years. “We doubt if anyone will ever beat that record,” says Sam Behrend, Access Tucson’s Executive Director.

Rev Bowler started a television ministry with his wife Berjouhi. Their shows included her long running series, Wisdom for Women and his live call-in shows, The Pastor’s Study and Bill Bowler Live.

Bill Bowler was a strong believer in the power of community television to reach the everyday joe. He was a friendly and supportive producer to many members and served as board member for Access Tucson. Blessed with an ebullient personality, many felt he was made for television.

“God loves you, oh yes he does!” is how Bill ended every show and that’s the way we’ll end this memoriam.
