The vending machines are empty, a stuffed monkey skateboards through the lobby, zombies have taken over Studio B, and there are snakes in the control room, kids trapped behind the cyclorama and a slow-motion fight scene rages at the front desk. All is well after another exciting summer of youth production at Access Tucson.

This marks the 12th year for Access Tucson’s Summer Session. Since 1995, kids have taken over the facility each summer to learn television production in the studio and in the field to create some incredibly entertaining media.

Access Tucson interns Donvan Doyle, Bonnie Dickason and Ashley Lewelling helped keep cameras rolling, create zombies and capture these behind-the-scene images.
