Promote Your Program: Promo Daze Are Here!

We will assist you in creating a studio-produced promo by providing the studio time, production staff and digital tape for recording. This as an opportunity to let your regular viewers know about your new time slot and a chance to attract new viewers to your show. Sign-up for a production slot with the front desk and use the Promo Daze Worksheet to plan your spot. You provide the content; Access Tucson provides the production crew & tape!
You can produce your own promo and submit it for the new season. Be sure that it is no more than 30 seconds in length. You may submit promos on DVCPro or Mini-DV. Turn them in just as you would any program at the front desk—please indicate that it’s a promo. If you are creating a promo at Access Tucson in one of the studios, ask the Facilitator on duty for the DVCPro Promo Tape. You can record your promo and we’ll take care of turning it in for cablecast!
Access Tucson schedules these promos between the programs and they air very frequently. Call the front desk for more information or to schedule a production time.
